When a customer or team member confirms requirements, specs, or an order in XChat, the bot automatically structures the content and pushes it to an ERP draft order, CRM follow-up task, or ticketing system. No manual re-entry.

Supports major ERP/CRM platforms (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Non-standard systems require a scoping assessment.
